The task here was simple. Import call tracking data from ResponseTap in to Infusionsoft. ResponseTap provides a phonenumber which when called logs a call record and tons of metrics. This valuable marketing data was what the client wanted imported in to Infusionsoft.
To start we investigated the ResponseTap API to see what was available. Luckily they provide a data feed once a phone call has been made. Using this we developed a system which can pick up this data and feed it in to Infusionsoft. On receiving the call a new contact is created with the phone number, and all other metrics.
Using this integration the client will now be able to keep track of all incoming calls and feed the sales pipeline better!
